• Chicken Caesar

Chicken is one the easiest meats to cook, especially if you’re looking to make a quick and tasty meal. Apart from being simple and easy to prepare, chicken is also incredibly healthy and is an excellent source of protein.

The chicken Caesar wrap is a great dish because you can, more or less, find the necessary ingredients in your fridge already rather than having to go grocery shopping. In other words, it doesn’t require too many ingredients, and on top of that – it doesn’t require you to have any cooking experience in the first place. Tender, tasty and quick – what else could you ask from a meal?

How to Make Caesar Wrap

Here are the ingredients you’ll need for chicken Ceasar salad wraps:

  • 3 silces of bacon (preferably cut thick)
  • 3 cups of romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 6 tablespoons  of Caesar dressing
  • ¾ cup croutons
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 ¾ cup of cooked, shredded chicken
  • 3 large tortillas
  • Seasonig

Caesar Wrap

Instructions (3 servings)

Toss the bacon, lettuce, parmesan, Ceasar dressing, and chicken into a bowl and mix until everything is combined. Subsequently, chop the croutons and add them to the mix.

Put the tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds until they are soft and easy to roll. Spread the mixture down the middle of the tortillas, roll them up, and voila! The meal is ready.

If you aren’t fond of buying cooked chicken or simply have some in your freezer, take it out, let it thaw for some time, put it in a pan or bowl, add a bit of oil, and cook it. Once it’s cooked, shred it either with a knife or a meat shredder. Similarly, some people aren’t keen on using the microwave to soften the tortillas. If you have an issue with using microwave, put the tortillas in a pan and hold the pan on a heated stove for about 30 seconds until the tortillas become soft and easy to roll.

Since we’re already on the question of how to make chicken Ceasar salad wrapsm, here’s a bonus recipe:

  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¾ cup of Caesar dressing
  • 2 cups of romaine
  • ¾ cup of croutons
  • 3 cups cubed chicken breasts

As for the instructions, they are exactly the same as for the previous recipe. Mix everything together in a bowl, add the cubed chicken breasts, and spread the mixture down the middle of a tortilla. This particular recipe is for 6 wraps. If you’d like to make less (or more), we recommend doubling the wraps down (or up) since it’s easier to calculate the number of ingredients.

This meal is perfect if you’re in a hurry and have some leftover chicken in the fridge. On average, it takes about 10 minutes to prepare this meal, or even less if you decide to buy pre-cooked chicken.
